Privacy Policy

Last updated 30 July 2026. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

VaultOS is a product of Emerge Digital IT Solutions LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company. You can reach us about anything here at [email protected].

What we collect

Information you give us. If you book a walkthrough, subscribe, or send us a message, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and anything you write in the message or booking notes. Bookings are handled by Cal.com on our behalf, and the meeting details are stored in our calendar and email.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. We also record which marketing campaign, if any, brought you here, so we can tell which of our ads and posts are worth continuing.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive information such as government identifiers, health information, or payment card details through this website.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people read and whether they go on to book a walkthrough. We also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure how our LinkedIn advertising performs and to show ads to people who have visited this site. Both set cookies in your browser.

Booking pages embed Cal.com, which sets its own cookies in order to run the calendar.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — the site will still work, though the booking calendar needs JavaScript enabled. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's browser add-on, and you can control LinkedIn advertising preferences in your LinkedIn account settings. We do not sell personal information.

How we use your information

We use it to run and improve this website, to hold the meeting you booked and follow up on it, to answer your enquiry, to send you material you asked for, and to measure whether our marketing is working. Where we rely on your consent — for example marketing emails — you can withdraw it at any time.

Who else handles your data

We keep our supplier list short and use established providers, each acting on our instructions: Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery), Google (analytics, and the email and cloud services we run our business on), Cal.com (scheduling), LinkedIn (advertising measurement), and Resend (transactional and newsletter email). Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. We disclose personal information otherwise only where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our business and record-keeping obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. Website analytics data is retained on the provider's standard schedule.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from our emails — email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local privacy law, including the right to complain to your national privacy regulator. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, please tell us first so we have a chance to put it right.

Security and changes to this policy

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and access controls on the systems that hold it. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure. If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
